U. S. Open week is now over. What a week it was. We are so tired this morning, it was a long week for all of us. We did not get home from the course until about 9 every night which meant that we weren't eating dinner until 9:30 or so. However, it was definitely worth it. Yesterday we did not have to work so we got to the course about 10 and found a spot next to the 18th green right in front of the ropes. We just stayed there all day and saw some great shots. It was cold all week but yesterday we were protected somewhat from the wind by all the people standing behind us. Nick left this morning about 5:30 and is on his way home. We will be here until Wednesday when we will head out for Yosemite and then home. We plan to be home on Sunday - it will be great to be in a house that doesn't rock when you walk!
